Bishops Hill is in Joliet, Illinois. Dunnigan Hills is in Northern California’s Yolo County, just northwest of Sacramento. The result of this long-distance collaboration is a Petit Verdot that resonates with beautifully juicy dark-fruit flavor and bristling tannins that will benefit from a few years of holding the wine in the cellar.”
